Venue General Manager - Dublin South Excel Recruitment is delighted to announce we are recruiting a Venue General Manager for our client's state-of-the-art entertainment venue in South Dublin. Spanning over four floors, their facility features a dynamic game space, versatile events space, a chic bar, and a contemporary restaurant. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Venue Manager, Hotel Manager or Events Manager for this position and come on this new exciting journey with our clients. Salary : €60k - €65k Responsibilities : Oversee and manage a team of up to 50 staff members, ensuring smooth daily operations Recruit, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service Ensure the efficient operation of all areas, including games space, events space, bar, and restaurant Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to optimise efficiency and customer experience Manage profit and loss statements, budgeting, and financial reporting Develop and execute strategies to achieve financial targets and increase profitability Collaborate with the culinary team to design and update menus, ensuring a high-quality dining experience Oversee food pricing strategies to balance cost control with customer satisfaction Plan and coordinate corporate and private events, ensuring all requirements are met to the highest standard Work closely with clients to tailor events to their specific needs and expectations Maintain a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for all guests Address customer feedback promptly and effectively to ensure a positive experience Requirements : Proven experience as a Venue Manager or in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry - preferred Hotels or Events industry Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating large teams Excellent understanding of profit and loss management Demonstrated experience in food service, including menu planning and pricing Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment If you are interested in this exciting Venue General Manager job opportunity, then please apply to Nikki Murran via the link below.
