About our role :

Our fast-paced, highly collaborative internal Data Team is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst as we continue to grow our data team into 2025. This successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, extract relevant data, and provide actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations. We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Dublin Practice. You'll be working hands-on in the cloud with some of the newest technologies out there.

Life as a Senior Data Analyst :

As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll develop, implement, and maintain advanced analytics systems that simplify complex data problems into actionable insights. Specifically, you will :

Responsibilities :

• Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.
• Create comprehensive reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization to support business decisions.
• Build pipelines for data cleaning & data transformation.
• Communicate with multiple teams to understand their analytical needs.
• Perform analysis in excel through formulas, v-lookup and pivot tables.
• Present key insights when analysing the data.
• Provide input as needed into the design, development, and delivery of the overall data strategy.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform and deliver complex analysis to supply data-driven insights to improve strategic business decision-making.
• Promote our people first mentality, encourage well-being and being an advocate for diversity & Inclusion across our teams.
