Senior Architectural Technologist

An award-winning architectural practice in Dublin city is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist with 8+ years of industry experience to join the team. Duties included : Lead and manage medium / large-scale projects through to completion Provide technical expertise, ensuring that all projects comply with Irish Building Regulations and BCAR standards Produce high-quality detailing and technical drawings using Revit Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and regulatory compliance Collaborate with the architectural and technical team to ensure successful project delivery Requirements : Degree in Architectural Technology (essential) Preferably 8 years of experience in a design office, ideally working on a variety of project types such as residential, leisure, and industrial Strong technical knowledge with a thorough understanding and experience working in adherence to Irish Building Regulations / BCAR Proficiency in Revit is essential Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work across multiple projects simultaneously Full eligibility to work in Ireland is a prerequisite Salary & Benefits : €60k-€70k, depending on experience, Pension, Bonus, Professional subscriptions, Generous holiday allowance, Active social club fostering a vibrant and collaborative work culture Skills : Senior Architectural Technologist Revit Architectural Technology
