Providing technical advisory services across the Real Estate Sector, this studio are the very best at what they do.

With a reputation built on technical excellence, this team support their clients in navigating complex challenges and making confident investment decisions.

The Dublin team is expanding, and they are looking to welcome a talented Senior Architectural Technologist to join the team.

The Role : As a Senior Architectural Technologist , you will act as a key technical expert within the team, delivering architectural insight and due diligence for the studios client base.

The role will be focused upon providing expert architectural guidance and technical advice to investors and clients, to ensure the build is of a sufficient architectural quality.

You'll be conducting thorough technical due diligence, preparing and presenting detailed technical reports, reviews, and recommendations to the client and ensuring the project is to the highest architectural standard.

Suitable candidates will have strong experience on-site, and be comfortable in an on-site setting, working alongside contractors and trade.

Suitable experience with BCAR and conducting on-site inspections and producing robust, insight-driven reports will be essential.

Requirements : A Degree in Architectural Technology Membership with CIAT (MCIAT) or RIAI (Arch.

Tech.).

8+ years' industry experience, ideally with a focus on residential developments (including medium to large-scale housing and mixed-use projects).

Advanced technical knowledge of the Irish Building Regulations and Building Reg's / Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Salary of the role is pitched at 65-75k DOE.
