Job descriptionCertified Scrum Master ( CSM, PSM I , or equivalent). 4+ years experience supporting Agile development teams. Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban , and Agile principles. Experience with Java Spring Boot microservices development. Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and DevOps practices. Excellent communication and team leadership skills. Background in fintech, banking, or payment solutions. Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure .

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement.
- Remove delivery impediments and manage risks.
- Foster strong communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Use Agile metrics to drive performance and improvements.
