Electrical Site Manager - Hourly Rate - Pharma Project

Operating across Ireland, the UK, and Europe, they deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest industry standards. Your new role In your new position, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day management of onsite operations and productivity, including company operatives, subcontractors, and all personnel on-site for the project. This is a fast-paced environment, and the person will play a vital part in the smooth-running of our business.Key responsibilities of the role :

• Management of day-to-day site operations
• Coordinating site activities to ensure work is completed on time
• Ensuring plant materials onsite meet agreed specifications
• Managing Quality Control against approved benchmarks
• Managing subcontractor activities, including progress tracking and damage notices
• Participating in look-ahead meetings and subcontractor meetings
• Liaising with health and safety to ensure work is completed safely
• Staying abreast with housekeeping and material storage management
• Liaising with clients and departmental managers for timely delivery and effective handover
• Reporting to Direct Line Contracts Manager

What you need to succeed

Pay Range and Compensation Package : You will be paid at a competitive hourly rate between €35 to €45 per hour. These are typically paid for 40 hours per week, and you will be paid for any overtime hours worked. This comes out to approximately 70k to 90k when converted to an annual salary. This is open to PAYE and self-employed workers. It's a great time to join their expanding organisation as you will have great exposure to multi-million-euro projects and grow within to progress to more senior roles.
