In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily electrical operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities : Lead & Coordinate : Supervise electrical teams, manage daily site activities, and ensure efficient workflow. Project Delivery : Drive project execution, tracking progress, managing resources, and adhering to schedules. Quality & Safety Champion : Implement rigorous quality control, manage snagging, and enforce strict EHS standards on site. Site Management : Oversee site setup, manage materials, and ensure a safe, productive work environment. Reporting & Communication : Maintain clear project records and communicate effectively with the site management team. What We're Looking For : Proven experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor on large-scale electrical projects. Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and installations. Exceptional leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of project execution, quality control, and EHS best practices.
