Description :
- Be the first point of contact for candidates and clients – chatting by phone, email, or in person.
- Support recruitment activities like reviewing CVs / resumes and documents.
- Keep all info up to date and upload candidate details into our ATS system.
- Manage department inboxes and handle data entry.
- Prepare and maintain spreadsheets.
- Communicate with other departments to keep everything running smoothly.
- Answer calls and handle admin tasks to support the team.
- Make sure clients and candidates get the best customer service experience possible.
Requirements
Great phone manner and a positive, enthusiastic personality.Strong communication and organisational skills.Excellent attention to detail.Confident using PC programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.A flexible attitude and ability to adapt to changing situations.Willingness to learn – we’ll provide full training, so don’t worry if you don’t tick every box!Benefits
