Job Title : Team Lead – (Personal Lines)

Location : Galway | Full-Time | Onsite

Are you an experienced insurance professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to lead the  Personal Lines team . This role offers the opportunity to manage a talented group in a fast-evolving environment, helping to shape our team's success and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Client Service Advisors, ensuring top-notch service delivery
• Champion digital transformation initiatives, streamlining customer journeys
• Oversee team performance, set clear goals, and foster a positive, high-energy workplace
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and meet business targets
• Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met at all times
