A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Team Leader to join the Radius Fuel Sales Team. This role is pivotal to driving volume and revenue growth in line with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the Player / Coach for a small high-performing outbound Sales Team.
• Oversee and optimise your own sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Drive personal and team performance to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to deliver relevant daily / monthly / annual KPI
• Foster a positive team culture that promotes high performance, retention, and professional growth.
• Take responsibility for the Team’s cross sell results and call time stats.
