Electrical Maintenance Technician

Dublin 7 - Full time

Are you a Skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician with a mechanical overview? Are you skilled in BMS and CAFM? If so, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your technical knowledge and further your career within a growing PPP / PFI contract at the new Grangegorman campus for TU Dublin.

You will operate across the contract with regard to planned and reactive maintenance in regards to general lighting, building controls, small power and distribution, BMS systems and other equipment found in modern commercial / industrial premises, ensuring high levels of compliance and health & safety. You will also be responsible for recommending and delivering product and processes to improve system performance, leading on electrical installations (LV).

This position will suit a multi-skilled professional who also has an overview of mechanical engineering and is a practical thinker with good attention to detail.

Please note, you will be required to undertake the role within a weekly rotating early / late shift system and be prepared to assume on call responsibilities.
