Workplace Solutions - Multimedia Designer

Position Overview :

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Multimedia Designer to join our . Morgan Workplace Solutions marketing team in Dublin. In this role, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team of designers and copywriters, responsible for creating and delivering a range of marketing campaign assets across multiple channels. You will play a key role in scaling our offering worldwide. As a Multimedia Designer, you will harness your skills in graphic design, video creation, and animation to produce captivating campaign materials. You will be instrumental in building a library of scalable content and collateral that amplifies our marketing efforts across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and produce a diverse array of multimedia content, including videos, animations, GIFs, graphics, display ads, infographics, microsites, and other design assets.
• Develop and maintain a library of reusable design templates and assets to streamline content creation processes.
• Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
• Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive storytelling across all multimedia content.
• Optimize multimedia content for various platforms, ensuring compatibility and performance across devices and channels.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts for upcoming campaigns.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
• Assist in the development and execution of A / B testing strategies to optimize content performance and engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to refine and improve multimedia content.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive visual identity.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes :

• 3-5 years of experience working in an in-house design studio or creative agency, delivering comprehensive large-scale multi-channel projects.
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Animation skills in After Effects and editing skills in Premiere Pro are a must-have.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and respond quickly to urgent requests.
• Flexibility and adaptability to change direction based on team and stakeholder consensus.
• An excellent team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• Highly organized and deadline-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent oral and written English skills for effective communication and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong portfolio featuring static and animated assets across all digital touchpoints and marketing campaign projects.
