We are seeking a visionary UX / UI Web Designer to lead the design of our corporate website, transforming complex messaging into clean, high-performing user journeys that convert.

This role sits on the Marketing team, at the intersection of brand, performance and design.

You will be responsible for making our site intuitive, smart, and visually appealing - from homepage to landing pages, navigation, and micro-interactions.

Responsibilities : Own UX and UI design for our public-facing website and landing pagesCreate wireframes, prototypes and final designs optimised for speed and conversionCollaborate cross-functionally with marketers, developers and brand to deliver best-in-class web and mobile experiencesApply UX best practices to improve engagement and drive performanceMaintain and evolve our design system for consistency and efficiencyStay on top of web trends, tools and UX techniquesKnow our customers and prospects and what they need from our websiteUse data to drive decision making and empower teams to drive conversionsQualifications : 5+ years of UX / UI experience with a strong focus on website designA portfolio that demonstrates clean design, user flow thinking and responsive layoutsExpertise in Figma and web-specific design toolsStrong understanding of UX principles, accessibility and performance optimisationExperience of working closely with developers, content teams and marketersA bonus if you have basic HTML / CSS knowledgeWhat you'll get : A high-impact design role at a tech-forward business within J.P.
