Sector : Civil Inform3 are recruiting for a Senior Administrator Bid Coordinator to join a busy civils contractor in Dublin / Wicklow. This role is designed to support various team members and contribute to the smooth running of daily office operations.
Responsibilities include providing administrative assistance to the Quantity Surveyor and Directors, supporting the tendering process via SupplyGov and eTenders, and coordinating the preparation and distribution of quotations, accounts, and invoices to clients, including Local Authorities and Main Contractors. Senior Administrator Bid Coordinator Requirements : Coordinate, maintain and update bid documents work on a team managing bid submissionsPreparing and sending out detailed itemized quotations, accounts and invoices to customers using the company's financial accounts systemSupport all office operations by answering phones, handling emails, filing and ensure day to day administration task are carried out efficientlyAssist the Quantity Surveying team with the tendering process, preparing documentation and meeting deadlinesManage and maintain health & safety documentation, ensuring records are kept up to dateConduct document control including creating packages, collating documents for the Site Team and sending documents to main contractorsLiaise with the accounting departmentOther ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to timeSenior Administrator Bid Coordinator Specification : Have excellent IT Skills with strong working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, ECDLPrevious experience working on government tenders and submissionsHave the ability to learn new tasks, proactive and problem solving mindsetPossess the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing circumstancesExcellent telephone manner with strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team membersWillingness to learn more about the industryStrong interpersonal and organizational skillsFetac Level 5,6Excellent salary and package available to the right candidate.
