Café en Seine is one of Irelands most iconic and well-known hospitality venues, and we are currently on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team on a day-shift basis. Key Responsibilities : Report directly to the Head Chef and General Manager Work as part of a close-knit kitchen team, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish Maintain an organised and clean workstation at all times Follow all HACCP procedures and ensure food safety standards are met Adhere to all company policies relating to Fire Safety, Health & Safety, Hygiene, Food Safety, and Customer Service Support junior kitchen staff and contribute to a positive working environment Take direction well and contribute to smooth kitchen operations during service Please note : This is not an exhaustive list of duties. You may be asked to carry out additional tasks as required by management.
