Job description5–10 years’ experience in real estate asset management or investments Strong modeling and analytical skills (Excel, Argus) Proven ability to manage external partners Experience with value-add or opportunistic assets a plus Comfortable with complexity and fast-paced environments Chartered Surveyor and a bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance 7-10 years of experience in asset management in the real estate industry Strong knowledge of asset management principles and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Asset Manager to lead the performance and strategy of a diverse real estate portfolio. This is a hands-on role focused on value creation, operational oversight, and execution across assets including retail, office, industrial, and residential.
The Role :
- Drive asset-level business plans to enhance value and returns
- Oversee leasing, capex, and third-party partners
- Monitor financial performance and KPIs
- Prepare reporting, valuations, and hold / sell analyses
- Support restructuring and special situations as needed
