The RNLI’s lifeboat station in Dun Laoghaire is looking for a volunteer to lead the existing team in the role of lifeboat operations manager.
This role will help the charity that save lives at sea by carrying out the day-to-day management of the lifeboat station to ensure a permanent state of readiness for service.
The LOM position has a tenure of three years, which can be extended to a maximum of nine years.
Among the requirements for the role, the successful candidate must live or work within 10-15 minutes of the station and be between 18 and 70 years of age (if authorising the launch of lifeboats).
