Sales Manager

Sales Manager Osborne has partnered with a leading interior company who are seeking a Sales Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing all aspects of showroom activity. If you have a solid background in retail sales, preferably in the flooring or home improvement industry, along with strong leadership and organisational skills, then this may be the role for you! For You : Full-time, permanent. OTE €75K. Attractive commission structure. Showroom located in Malahide, north Dublin. Be part of a growing and expanding team & company. Responsibilities and Duties : Overseeing daily operations of a newly opened store, ensuring that sales targets are met, operational standards are adhered to, and customer service is consistently exceptional. Responsible for achieving specific financial goals. Monitor financial reports, understanding key performance indicators (KPIs), and managing budgets to ensure the store remains profitable. Generate and analyse sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Thoroughly understand the stores product as well as the ability to educate both staff and customers on product features, benefits, and pricing. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations for sales staff. Handle escalated customer issues as needed. Key Requirements : Previous experience in retail sales management, preferably in flooring, home improvement, or a related industry. Be results-oriented, with a keen desire to hit targets and improve store performance. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into action. Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
