How You'll Make an Impact You'll support our end-to-end recruitment process - from job post to job offer - so that every candidate and hiring manager has a seamless, professional experience. You'll work closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialist to : Post job adverts that reflect our tone and values Keep our applicant tracking system (ATS) running smoothly Review applications and arrange interviews with speed and care Communicate professionally with candidates - answering questions, sharing updates, and being a reassuring point of contact Prepare interview packs and ensure documentation is accurate and complete Conduct reference checks, qualification verifications and initiate Garda vetting Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and support ad hoc reports Assist with careers fairs, digital engagement, and employer branding Work with HR and Operations to ensure a smooth transition into onboarding What You'll Need to Succeed Must-Haves 1+ year in an administrative or HR support role (multi-site or fast-paced settings ideal) Great attention to detail - you spot the typo, the missed attachment, the date mismatch Strong communicator - friendly, professional and clear, in writing and in person Comfortable handling confidential information with maturity and discretion Reliable, organised and always a few steps ahead Nice-to-Haves Experience with an ATS or HR system Familiarity with vetting, qualification checks or GDPR compliance Previous work in a regulated environment like childcare, healthcare or education A career interest in recruitment or HR - we'll help you grow The Perks, the Pay, and the Purpose What the Role Offers You A critical role shaping the experience of every new Tigers colleague Exposure to recruitment strategy and employer brand development Autonomy and ownership in a growing, values-led HR team A springboard to build a longer-term career in talent acquisition or HR Belonging to a culture that takes colleague wellbeing seriously and backs it up with action Salary & Benefits Competitive salary : €32,000-€38,000 per annum DOE 20 days annual leave (increasing to 25 with service) Company laptop and phone CPD / educational support Access to the Tigers Employee Wellbeing Programme Access to Tigers Academy that offers professional and personal development Let's Build Something Brilliant Together If this sounds like your kind of role, we'd love to hear from you.
