Bartender

Brooks Hotel is recruiting for a bartender for a part time role with evening hours Main Duties & Responsibilities Present guests with the appropriate menu, advising on availability and taking orders accurately. Serve orders in a professional manner, returning to ensure guest satisfaction or additional requirements at least once during the service. Monitor all guests in the bar, being vigilant for any indication that guests require assistance. Clear tables as they are emptied and maintain a high standard of cleanliness of equipment, including trolleys and cloths etc. Demonstrate through knowledge and ability, the execution of the service steps (i.e. greeting the guest(s), taking their order, serving of food, wine etc. during operating hours). Offer service all guests in a manner which exceeds expectations. Have a good knowledge of the wine and beverages served Be vigilantly attentive to service details and product quality. The Ideal Candidate : Previous experience working as a bartender Ability to work under pressure within a busy and demanding luxury hotel environment Good English language skills A cheerful personality with effective customer care awareness Both mid-week, weekends and shift work is required based on business levels Who are we?
