What you are responsible for : To carry all tasks allocated from the Executive and Sous Chef. To carry out all tasks in according to the standards of the Executive and Sous Chef. To ensure that section you are working on, is maintained in food handling regulations. To ensure that your work station is maintained in accordance with Hygiene regulations.
