Investment Manager

This is an excellent opportunity to join a global multi-asset investment firm that is growing and actively pursuing expansion opportunities across EMEA.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing investments and ensuring compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements for UCITS and AIFMD funds.

Key Duties : Ensure effective investment management oversight and CP86 compliance.Oversee daily investment operations in line with UCITS, AIFMD, and MiFID regulations.Monitor sub-fund activities, performance, and compliance with objectives and policies.Conduct performance analysis, address breaches, and escalate issues to senior management.Review investment manager reports, lead strategic initiatives, and conduct due diligence.Participate in CP86 working groups, Board meetings, and ad-hoc projects, providing regulatory updates and guidance.Key Requirements : Extensive experience in investment management with strong knowledge of front office activities, investment strategies, and asset classes.In-depth expertise in UCITS and Alternative Investment Funds, both from an investment and regulatory perspective.Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively challenge Investment Managers on risk matters.Highly detail-oriented, analytical, organized, with strong communication skills and the ability to identify and escalate material issues.Must meet the Central Bank of Ireland's fitness and probity rules for a PCF holder.A third-level degree and a professional qualification are desirable.How to Apply : For further information on this job opportunity please send your updated CV to Mark Stephens at Camden Recruitment.
