About Your New Job As the Head of Sales, you will : Lead High-Performing Sales Teams : Mentor and support Sales Managers, oversee recruitment, training, and performance management across multidisciplinary teams. Develop and Execute Sales Strategy : Conduct route-to-market analysis, streamline sales operations, and manage key accounts to achieve growth targets. Drive Operational Excellence and Customer Service : Enhance CRM performance, optimize sales pipelines, and improve internal sales processes. Manage Pricing and Market Strategy : Deliver sustainable margin growth while providing critical market insights to inform strategic decisions. Lead Business Development Initiatives : Identify and acquire new customers, expand into new territories, and commercialize innovative products. Champion Brand and Marketing Initiatives : Drive lead generation, create marketing collateral, and pursue PR opportunities and industry recognition. Ensure Effective Stakeholder Management : Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, and manage reporting responsibilities. What Skills You Need 5+ years of international Sales Management experience : Preferably in omni-channel sales with a proven record of performance. 7+ years of Sales / Marketing experience : Online sales experience is advantageous. Degree in Business or equivalent Strong leadership and communication skills : Ability to coach, resolve conflicts, and manage stakeholders. Advanced negotiation and decision-making skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
