Sourcing healthcare professionals (nurses, carers, support staff, etc.) across job boards and social media

Engaging with candidates to understand their experience, preferences, and availability

Writing and posting job adverts to attract top talent

Managing candidate databases and keeping records up to date

Supporting recruiters to fill urgent and long-term healthcare shifts and roles

Requirments of this Resourcer Job :

A confident communicator with strong people skills

Someone who’s organised, enthusiastic, and eager to learn

Interest in healthcare and helping others

Experience in recruitment is an advantage but not essential
