Role : Healthcare Supervisor - Home Help Services
Locations covered : Dun Laoghaire, Mount Merrion, Ballybrack, Sallynoggin, even North Wicklow
Hours : Monday to Friday
Key Duties :
- Conduct care supervision visits and risk assessments.
- Support onboarding of new customers and staff, including training and assessments.
- Prepare and update care plans with the Care Manager.
- Address issues promptly and support resolutions and promote a positive work environment and manage conflicts.
- Take on other tasks as assigned, including HCA duties.
- Ensure timely completion of incident reports and competency assessments.
