The Role
We are looking for a talented and visionary Art Director / Graphic Designer to elevate the visual identity of our brands across all guest-facing and internal touchpoints. This is a key creative role within the Marketing team, responsible for translating brand strategy into visually arresting and commercially effective design.
You’ll primarily work across both Staycity and Wilde brands, as well as the corporate Staycity Group identity – crafting everything from in-property guest collateral to full-scale marketing campaigns and branded content.
This is a hands-on role for a dynamic creative who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about design, and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to get the job done. You’ll balance daily design execution with strategic creative direction – playing a vital role in shaping and evolve our brands as we develop and grow.

Design & ProductionLead the design and development of marketing collateral, campaign assets, in-property collateral, digital content, guest materials, F&B collateral and internal comms.
Create beautiful, on-brand work across multiple formats – from print to digital, static and motion.Provide production recommendations and guidelines.Creative Direction & Brand StewardshipOwn the visual identity for all Staycity Group brands. Support and review execution from teams on the ground.
Understand and communicate through execution, the difference between the brands, fully creating their own visual brand worldsEvolve and protect brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across every channel. Manage our online asset management platform, keeping it updated and organised.Champion visual storytelling that reflects the values and tone of our brands.Collaboration & InnovationWork closely with the marketing, digital, commercial, and guest operations teams to create assets that engage guests and drive performance.
Collaborate with our in house Content Managers and Visual Media Lead (photographer / videographer) on product and brand content and collateral.Keep up with design trends, especially in hospitality and lifestyle sectors, and bring fresh thinking to the team.Manage a Junior Graphic Designer and any creative freelancers, giving clear feedback and continually elevating our standard of creative.About You
A seasoned designer with 5+ years of professional experience, some or all within the hospitality sector. Additional experience with travel or lifestyle brands would be beneficial.Strong creative vision with the ability to think conceptually and execute flawlessly.Ability to execute technically sophisticated design deliverables across multiple platforms and media.Comfortable working on everything from creative strategy and campaign concepts to template updates and print production.Exceptional portfolio showcasing your work across brand, digital, print, and environmental design.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and print design. Experience with Figma, Canva, After Effects and web design is a bonus.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Solid time management and confidence with project ownership responsibilities are vital.A positive, can-do attitude – eager to grow and make a real impact.
