Fertility Healthcare Assistant

Job descriptionEducation : FETAC Level 5 in Healthcare Support (or equivalent, at least 2 modules required). Experience : Minimum of 1 year as an HCA or in a clinical setting. Training : Valid CPR and Manual Handling certifications. Languages : Fluent written and spoken English. Experience in fertility care. 37.5 hours per week, 8-hour shifts (between 7 : 00 AM and 6 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday). Occasional weekends required.

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent patient care across all aspects of fertility treatment.
- Assist in theatre procedures, pre / post-operative care, phlebotomy, and cannulation.
- Support patients with professionalism, empathy, and respect throughout their journey.
