We are hiring a CNM2 -Emergency Department  for our Hospital in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Delivering excellent clinical and professional leadership.
• Utilizing an evidence-based approach to guarantee clinical efficacy and efficiency, manage patient care to the highest professional standards.
• Keep an eye on the level of service quality and offer knowledgeable counsel and direction.
• Make sure patients receive the right information and that all paperwork is accurate.
• Assess, create, oversee, and direct the application of best practice policies and procedures.
• As needed, submit pertinent reports to the director of nursing and other people.
• Keep an eye on grievances and collaborate with the risk and quality management.
• To increase patient satisfaction, take part in quality improvement projects.
• Making that the department is current with the standards and regulations of HIQA and JCI
• Give the Senior Management Team regular updates on the performance of the emergency department an d its key performance indicators.
