THE ROLE To ensure the smooth and efficient running of all breakfast service Food & Beverage Outlets in the Hotel and to promote a positive image to both customer and colleagues in relation to service and quality of food and beverages.
To provide a high standard of the service of food and beverages to guests
Supervising a large team of staff in a highly pressurised quality driven environment
