Health and Safety Officer

A leading housing developer in South Dublin is seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Advisor to support their large-scale residential projects. You will ensure site operations comply with health & safety regulations and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment. Responsibilities : Monitor and enforce compliance with health & safety regulations on site. Provide technical support on health and safety issues and resolve site safety concerns. Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and clients to promote safe working practices. Assist in risk assessments, site inspections, and safety audits. Support the design team and project management to integrate health & safety considerations into all stages of construction. Requirements : Degree in Engineering, Health & Safety, or related field. 2+ years experience in a health and safety advisory role, ideally within construction or housing development. Strong knowledge of construction processes and health & safety standards. Experience working on large-scale residential projects is advantageous.
