My Client, a 4-star hotel in the heart of Galway City, seeks to hire a new Business Development Manager.

This role will suit someone with experience in achieving sales targets and executing marketing plans, in hospitality or a customer facing role.

This is a permanent onsite role based in Galway City.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the daily operations of the marketing and sales department to achieve optimal profits and revenue.
• Manage day-to-day sales activities such as lead generation, in-person meetings, contracting and rate negotiations, trade show attendance.
• Management of annual budget.
• Provide weekly and monthly account performance reports.
• Conduct competitor analysis.
• Establish quarterly KPI's and plan activities to meet business requirements.
• Responsible for online marketing & content development.
