Our client, a leading insurance provider, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Existing Business Administrator to join their Dublin-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to build their expertise in life assurance and financial services. You'll play a key role in supporting customers and brokers, ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Act as a first point of contact for customer and broker queries via phone, email, and written correspondence. Ensure all interactions are managed in line with internal procedures and service standards. Accurately process administrative documents and maintain records in accordance with company policies. Uphold the principles of Treating Customers Fairly and the Consumer Protection Code. Manage your workload effectively to meet deadlines and service level agreements. Log and resolve customer dissatisfaction and escalate complaints where necessary. What We're Looking For QFA qualification or actively working towards it must be completed within 9 months of joining. Previous experience in life assurance or financial services. You'll Also Bring A strong customer-first mindset with a proactive and solution-focused attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and confidence working with data and numbers. Strong digital literacy and comfort using internal systems and tools.
