As a Shop Manager, you won't just manage; you'll be the driving force behind an exceptional customer experience and a flourishing team.

You'll have the autonomy to implement business strategies, foster a collaborative team environment, and ensure our brand values resonate in every interaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES : Your Blueprint for Success Elevate the Customer Journey : Implement innovative methods to create a personalized and unforgettable customer experience.

Drive Business Growth : Strategically implement business initiatives and oversee all operations, including meticulous stock control.

Empower Your Team : Lead, motivate, and develop your team, assigning tasks effectively based on individual strengths to bring out their best.

Champion Excellence : Uphold and consistently deliver the highest standards in all aspects of shop operations, ensuring health and safety protocols are strictly followed.

REQUIREMENTS : Who We're Looking For Proven Leadership : 5+ years of professional experience managing teams, including successfully leading teams larger than 10 employees.

Strategic Mindset : Demonstrated ability to implement operating standards and make independent, strong-minded decisions.

Customer-Centric & Adaptable : A track record of enhancing customer experience in a dynamic, busy environment.

Exceptional Communicator : Ability to effectively engage with diverse individuals, from customers to employees.

Operational Savvy : Previous experience working with Planograms is a plus.
