Care Supervisor - North Dublin

We are currently seeking a full time Care Supervisor for North Dublin.  This is a permanent full-time position and is a new position to join our growing team. Core working hours are 9 : 00am -17.00pm Mon-Fri. To be successful in this role you will occasionally be required to work some evenings and weekends.

This is a community-based role and a full clean driving licence and access to a car is essential as this role requires travel. We are seeking applicants with 1-year previous experience in a supervisory role in a healthcare setting.

The Role :

• Be responsible for your own dedicated geographical region of North Dublin.
• Be responsible for managing all aspects of your clients care.
• Carrying out duties such as service reviews, updating care plans, conducting risk assessments.
• Ensuring we are delivering the highest quality standard of care to our clients.
• Ongoing support to our care team through supervision, competency reviews and staff engagement.
• Work closely with scheduling team regarding capacity in each area.
• Working with own initiative and reporting to the Care Manager.
