Quantity Surveyor - North Dublin (Construction) Location - Dublin Job Type - Permanent Salary - (€50k - €70k) Are you a driven and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor ready to take the next step in your career? We are currently seeking a high-calibre Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team on a full-time basis in North Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on dynamic construction projects and gain hands-on experience alongside a highly experienced Senior QS. Key Responsibilities : As Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in a range of key project activities, including : Assisting the Senior Quantity Surveyor with the management of subcontractor packages and payment processes for subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. Supporting the preparation of monthly internal valuations and cost reports. Reporting on budgets and project variations. Maintaining accurate contractual and commercial records for suppliers and subcontractors. Contributing to various commercial and cost management functions, with increasing responsibility as experience develops. Candidate Profile : We are looking for a motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering quality results. The ideal candidate will have : 3-5 years' post-graduate experience working with a PQS or main contractor. Working knowledge or experience of RC frame, apartment, or residential / commercial building projects (ideal, but not essential). Proficiency in Cubit, CostX (or equivalent), Microsoft Excel, and Word. Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. A proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Willingness to develop skills through training and hands-on experience.
