Base pay range Overview We are seeking an experienced OTC / HTV Pricing AVP to join a dynamic and growing team in Dublin.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and innovate within a specialist pricing team focused on portfolio pricing and Independent Price Verification of listed, OTC, and HTV products across diverse hedge fund asset classes.

Your Role : Provide leadership and guidance to product management teams, fostering innovation and excellence.

Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and scalability of accounting products related to property and construction.

Collaborate with senior executives, clients, and internal stakeholders to align product vision with business goals.

Negotiate and monitor SLAs with clients and other global offices.

Liaise across departments including Reconciliations, Client Integration, Market Data, and Application Support.

Represent the company externally to hedge fund clients, their boards, valuation committees, and investors.

Review completed work, organize training, provide support, and conduct performance appraisals.

Lead client conversions and migrations from other offices.

Drive projects and systems implementations to optimize workflows.

Independently run pricing models to value derivatives held by hedge fund clients.

About You : Degree qualified (2.1 or above) in Engineering, Math, Physics, Finance, Economics, or a related field from a top university.

CFA, MBA, Master in Finance, or similar qualifications are a strong advantage.

Strong quantitative skills including calculus, statistics, and financial math.

5-7+ years' experience in derivative valuation, risk management, quantitative research, financial engineering, or OTC trading.

Comfortable engaging with senior management and board-level stakeholders.

Previous team management experience is a plus.

Passionate about financial instruments, derivatives valuation, financial engineering, and risk management.

Highly proficient in Excel, including VBA and SQL; programming experience is beneficial.
