Public Sector Services Programme Executive 18-month contract | €51,511 per annum | Dublin / Cork Blended working Our client, a progressive public sector organisation, is hiring a Programme Executive to support public bodies in meeting national energy efficiency and climate targets. This is a pivotal role involving : Supporting public sector organisations to improve energy performance and decarbonise operations Coordinating panels of technical experts and delivering targeted assistance Managing events, training, and the Energy Link networking platform Developing guidance materials, webinars, and case studies Overseeing budgets for consultancy services and identifying cost savings Contributing to programme reporting and strategic development Representing the organisation at meetings, site visits and sector events Essential requirements : A degree in engineering, science, business, or another relevant discipline Minimum 3 years relevant experience in project coordination or programme delivery Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders and communicate clearly Strong organisational and planning skills Desirable : Experience in the energy, climate action, or sustainability sectors Knowledge of public sector operations or energy-related funding mechanisms Familiarity with event planning, technical writing or data analysis This is a national programme with hybrid working options and base locations in Dublin, Cork, Dundalk, or Sligo.
