Role : Roofing Quality Manager

Location : Office Based in Dublin

Job Type : Permanent - Full time

Salary : €65,000 - €75,000 depending on experience

At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Roofing and Cladding Quality Manager to join our client’s growing team based in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager to make an impact in an innovative and growing organisation.

Your new role includes :

Leading the development and implementation of project-specific QA / QC plans, including ITPs and inspection checklists

Overseeing and managing the company-wide quality management system, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 : 2015 and industry best practice

Conducting regular site quality audits and inspections across roofing and cladding works

Coordinating with Contracts and Project Managers to ensure correct materials, methods, and documentation are in place

Supporting pre-qualification and tender submissions from a quality and compliance perspective

Interfacing with clients, design teams, and main contractors on quality-related matters as well as training and guiding staff on quality processes, documentation, and continuous improvement

Experience you need :

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Quality Manager or Site QA / QC role in construction, ideally with roofing and cladding systems

Strong understanding of construction QA / QC processes, building regulations, and ISO standards

Experience working on public sector and / or data centre projects is an advantage

Detail-oriented with strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proficient in MS Office and quality software tools (e.g., SnagR, Procore, Field View)

Full clean driver’s licence required
