Regulatory Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Handling of the daily MiFIR, EMIR, SFTR reporting obligations while ensuring thepleteness, accuracy and timeliness of our transaction reporting
• Performing the first line of defense as it relates to day-to-day activities, surveillance controls, and post-trade reconciliation
• Identifying and escalating issues to the appropriate teams for resolution while liaising withpliance, Programming and Management
• Staying up to date with everchanging regulatory framework
• Assisting in regulatory reviews including inquiries, audits and exams
