As part of our pre-opening team, youll help shape the guest journey from the very first 'hello.' What Youll Do Deliver a warm, playful welcome to every guest. Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments with efficiency and flair. Be the local expertoffering recommendations, directions, and insider tips. Manage guest requests and resolve issues with confidence and creativity. Support the setup and launch of front office systems and procedures. Promote the Marriott Bonvoy program and ensure members feel recognized. Keep the lobby and front desk area buzzing, tidy, and on-brand. Health & Safety Responsibilities Ensure front office operations comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Report and document any incidents or hazards promptly. Support emergency procedures and ensure guests feel safe and informed. Customer Care Focus Deliver exceptional guest service with warmth, empathy, and efficiency. Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset. Anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to create memorable experiences. Champion the Moxy brand personalityfun, spirited, and always guest-focused. SOP Compliance & Review Follow and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for front office operations. Ensure all team members are trained on current SOPs and updates are communicated effectively. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction. Brand Standards & Flexibility Uphold Marriott and Moxy brand standards in every guest interaction. Demonstrate flexibility in duties, supporting other departments when needed.
