Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Receptionist to support the daily operations of our Dublin office. This role is essential to ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for staff and visitors. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining smooth office operations and supporting the team in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Front of House :
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and staff.
- Answering and routing incoming phone calls.
Office Coordination :
Maintain office supplies including canteen supplies and stationery and coordinate with Managing Director to ensure a well-organised and professional environment.Ensuring communal areas (reception, canteen, meeting rooms) are well-stocked and tidy.Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.Visitor Support :
Scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and supporting international visitors with local arrangements such as accommodation, catering, meeting room bookings and transport.Event & Meeting Coordination :
Assist in organising internal events, meetings, and team-building activities, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.Compliance & Safety :
Support adherence to company policies and local regulations. Help maintain a safe and compliant workplace environment.Qualifications
About You :
Education : 3rd Level Qualification is desirable.Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in a reception or office coordination role.Skills : Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, strong communication abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Attributes : Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.Additional Information
