Senior Executive Officer Access Policy Dublin 4 Houry Rate : €31ph & Hybrid Working We are recruiting on behalf of a public sector organisation based in Dublin 4 for the role ofSenior Executive Officer Access Policy. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving initiatives that promote equity of access, student participation, and success in higher education, working closely with higher education institutions (HEIs), government departments, and sectoral stakeholders. Key Responsibilities : Coordinate the Programme for Access to Higher Education (PATH) funding streams. Review HEI progress reports, track funding outcomes, and prepare summary reports. Manage the Access Data Plan and the Mid-Term Review of the National Access Plan. Lead research and analysis on access, participation, and student success in higher education. Monitor income and expenditure for Access Policy funding streams. Support and manage communications, events, briefings, parliamentary queries, and internal reporting. Supervise Executive Officer staff and contribute to team development. Provide administrative support for budgeting, procurement, and senior management. Represent the HEA at sectoral meetings and events. Undertake additional duties as required to support the Access Policy unit. Requirements : Strong project and programme management skills with evidence of successful delivery. Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines. Ability to work independently and proactively with sound judgement. Experience in supervising and motivating staff. Knowledge of, and interest in, equity of access to higher education is desirable.
