Our busy Dublin 22 hotel is looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Reservations Agent to support our bookings department. This customer-facing role is essential to delivering seamless reservation experiences for our guests, both over the phone and online.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to reservation enquiries via phone, email, and third-party platforms
- Process individual and group bookings accurately
- Maximise room occupancy and revenue through effective selling techniques
- Update booking systems and records in real-time
- Liaise with reception and sales departments to ensure smooth guest experience
- Handle special requests and last-minute changes efficiently
Requirements :
