What You’ll Be Doing

Door-to-door fundraising, engaging potential donors and inspiring long-term support.

Driving your team to and from a set city-centre meeting point and fundraising locations.

Leading by example , coaching, and motivating your team to achieve and exceed targets.

Hitting and exceeding KPIs , with strong earning potential through performance bonuses.

Requirements

Previous experience in face-to-face fundraising (door-to-door, street fundraising, or events).

A full, clean driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Ideally based in a city centre for easy team collection and drop-off.

Strong leadership and motivational skills with a results-driven mindset.

A passion for making a difference and engaging with the public.
