Your New Role As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be an integral part of our project management team, ensuring the financial and contractual aspects of our projects are managed effectively. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Preparing and managing project budgets and cost plans
• Conducting cost analysis and risk management
• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
• Evaluating and negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitoring project progress and preparing detailed financial reports
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Advising on procurement strategy and contractual matters
