The Role Our client is currently seeking an experiencedQAQC Managerto support the delivery of projects across all aspects of the business from a quality perspective. Location Dublin - (Please note you must be living in Ireland to be considered for this role.) Key Duties and Responsibilitieswill include, but are not limited to : Act as the primary point of contact for all quality-related requirements. Manage material testing requirements in line with client expectations. Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure quality standards are met. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure QA processes are clearly understood and followed. Provide guidance and training to the workforce as required to maintain high quality standards. Liaise with testing laboratories and compile material test results. Ensure all quality records are collected and maintained for each project during the construction phase. Prepare quality documentation for tender submissions, such as Quality Management Plans and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs). Monitor adherence to quality documentation across all projects. Conduct internal and external ISO quality audits. Compile and deliver project Safety Files to clients upon completion. The Candidate : Required Experience and Competencies In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements is essential. Minimum of 5 years proven experience working in Quality Proven experience in managing Quality Management Systems. Utilities experience (Gas, Water etc) Demonstrated audit experience. High level of literacy. Strong analytical and attention to detail skills. Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise based on stakeholder impact. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities. High standards of integrity and a commitment to confidentiality.
