Intended applicants should submit a cover letter with CV before the closing date of 4 pm on Monday 14th July 2025. Overall Job Role Work with Urogynaecology Consultants and healthcare professionals in triaging urogynaecology referrals to manage waiting lists and improve patient pathways. Provide initial care following referral triage and coordinate with the urogynaecology service as needed. Attend clinics with relevant Consultants or Specialist Registrars. Deliver advanced physiotherapy assessment, management, and treatment for patients referred from gynaecology services, as part of NWHIP and scheduled care services at Coombe Hospital. Manage urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and related conditions in accordance with guidelines and under obstetric / gynecological team governance. Collaborate within the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective communication. Promote clinical effectiveness and high standards of evidence-based care. Evaluate and develop the clinical specialist role through audits and research. Provide expert leadership for Women's Health and Continence physiotherapy colleagues. Represent the hospital in external lecturing and national groups to enhance care standards. Evaluate service performance, record KPIs, and report to management and NWHIP.
