Speech & Language Therapist - Staff Grade - Dublin

Staff Grade Speech & Language Therapists Dublin North, North Central & Northwest Cpl Healthcare, in collaboration with our clients, is currently recruiting enthusiastic and skilled Staff Grade Speech & Language Therapists to join a dedicated team supporting children and young people (ages 018) with complex needs. These roles are based across Dublin North, Dublin North Central, and Dublin Northwest. Key Responsibilities : Assess, diagnose, and manage a range of communication and swallowing difficulties in children and young people. Design and implement individualised therapy plans grounded in evidence-based practice. Prepare clinical reports and contribute to the development and review of personalised care plans. Work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team to support the child and their family. Maintain open and effective communication with families, caregivers, and all professionals involved in care delivery. Participate in the ongoing development, planning, and evaluation of therapy services. Candidate Requirements : A recognised qualification in Speech & Language Therapy and CORU registration (or eligibility). Minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience, ideally with children presenting with complex needs. Demonstrated experience working within a multidisciplinary or interdisciplinary team. Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills. Full clean driving licence and access to own transport. Whats on Offer : Full-time, permanent contract.
