These are full-time, and part time roles working across children's and adult services within a collaborative and supportive multidisciplinary team setting, based in the Dublin and Greater Dublin Area. Job Title : Speech and Language Therapist - Senior Grade & Staff Grade Location : Dublin / Greater Dublin Area Salary : €44,122 - €74,509 (Senior Grade & Staff Grade) Key Responsibilities Senior Grade Speech and Language Therapist Deliver high-quality assessments and evidence-based interventions for children and adults with a variety of communication and / or swallowing needs. Provide clinical leadership and supervision to junior colleagues and students. Work closely with families, carers, and other health and education professionals to develop and implement individualised, person-centred care plans. Play an active role in service development, policy implementation, and quality improvement initiatives. Participate in and support clinical governance activities, including audits, CPD, and service evaluation. Staff Grade Speech and Language Therapist Deliver speech and language therapy services in both community and clinic-based settings as part of a multidisciplinary team. Carry out assessment, goal setting, and intervention planning, with supervision and support where needed. Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in line with best practice and GDPR requirements. Engage in team meetings, training opportunities, and contribute to service delivery and development discussions. Essential Requirements (Both Grades) CORU Registration as a Speech and Language Therapist. A recognised qualification in Speech and Language Therapy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with service users, families, and colleagues. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. A full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle may be required for community-based work.
