Salary : €42,000–€45,000 per annum + Monthly Performance Bonus

About the Role

As Senior Store Manager , you’ll be responsible for the overall performance of the store, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive team culture. You’ll lead by example, ensuring every customer receives a memorable experience while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service
• Oversee daily store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and compliance
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to drive performance and growth
• Recruit, train, and develop team members, creating a culture of continuous improvement
• Ensure the store reflects brand standards and values at all times
